Taggiasca Extra Virgin Mosto Olive Oil Cru Strecce

This extra-mild Extra Virgin Olive Oil Taggiasca Mosto was born in Pontedassio, 300 meters above sea level small village, with plenty of beautiful and round Olives of the Cru Strecce variety.

This extraordinary and very aromatic Extra Virgin Olive Oil gives its best used natural for dressing rather than for cooking, on top of meat or fish, intensifying the tastes of the plates it goes on rather than hiding them.

To harvest Olives when perfect ripe we wait until mid-October, obtaining a fruity Oil with artichoke aftertaste, with bitter and spicy notes.
